Promoter
GYMHOOD® is operated by Inkon LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. GYMHOOD® is a UK registered trademark (UK00004240644).
Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Inkon LTD and their immediate family are excluded. Entries from outside the UK will be void because the prize ships UK only.
How to Enter
Each giveaway runs for a calendar month. Entry is free. There are three ways to enter, and you can only enter once per giveaway:
- Follow @wearthemindset on Instagram, comment on the pinned giveaway post, and tag one friend.
- Join the GYMHOOD® email list via the signup form at gymhood.co.uk.
- Comment on the pinned giveaway post on Facebook.
No purchase is required to enter. Multiple entries from the same person will be treated as one entry.
The Prize
One (1) GYMHOOD® hoodie, size and design of the winner's choice from the live range at the time of selection, shipped to a UK address. Retail value approximately £48.99. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
Selection
The winner is drawn at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the giveaway closing. The winner is notified by Instagram direct message, Facebook direct message, or email, depending on which entry path they used.
Claim Deadline
The winner has 7 days from notification to confirm their shipping address and hoodie choice. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize is forfeit and a new winner is drawn.
Shipping
The prize ships by Royal Mail Tracked within 14 days of the winner confirming their details. The winner is responsible for providing an accurate UK shipping address.
Liability
We accept no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, damaged, or not received for any reason. Our decision on winner selection is final.
