Refund Policy
No fuss. No small print games. If something's wrong, we'll put it right.
14-Day Returns
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
We accept returns on items that are:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
Once we've received the item back and checked it, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.
You cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
Email returns@gymhood.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- The item you want to return
- The reason (sizing, change of mind, faulty, whatever it is)
We'll send you return instructions. Please contact us first. It's the fastest way to get your return tracked and your refund through without delay.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, email returns@gymhood.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
We'll replace the item or issue a full refund including return shipping. No argument.
Personalised and Custom Items
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Reg 28(1)(b)), the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your personal specification.
This means custom items (gym collaboration kit with your name or number printed, one-off personalised designs, or anything made specifically to your spec) are non-returnable unless faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Standard GYMHOOD products in standard sizes are fully returnable under the 14-day policy above.
Lost Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, email contact@gymhood.co.uk within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
Once the carrier confirms the parcel as lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, you'll cover the cost of reshipping. We'll contact you to arrange this. If we don't hear back within 30 days, the item may be restocked or disposed of, and refunds aren't available for undeliverable orders caused by incorrect address details at checkout.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item (or confirming a faulty/lost claim).
Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund on your statement.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy works alongside your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing here removes or replaces those rights.
