Processing Time

Every item is made to order. Once you place an order, it takes 3-7 business days to print and dispatch.

No stock sitting in a warehouse. Your order is printed specifically for you.

Delivery Times

After dispatch, estimated UK delivery time is 2-3 business days.

Total time from order to doorstep: processing + delivery.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout. No hidden fees.

Lost Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, email contact@gymhood.co.uk within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

Once the carrier confirms the parcel as lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Incorrect Addresses

Double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, you'll cover the cost of reshipping.
