The GYMHOOD® Discipline Challenge

Ten days. One job each day.

This is a short discipline challenge for anyone who keeps waiting to feel ready. It is not a new training programme. Keep your current plan and use these ten days to make showing up easier.

  1. Choose the session. Put one training time in your calendar.
  2. Prepare the night before. Pack your kit and decide how you will get there.
  3. Start on time. Do not add another task before the session.
  4. Remove one distraction. Put your phone away for the main part of the workout.
  5. Finish the planned work. Do not add junk volume to make the session feel harder.
  6. Write down the result. Record the lifts, loads or minutes completed.
  7. Repeat the preparation. Make tomorrow easier before today ends.
  8. Do the minimum session. If time is tight, complete the most important work instead of cancelling.
  9. Review the pattern. Notice what made showing up easier or harder.
  10. Book the next week. Put the next sessions in the calendar before the challenge ends.

What happens next

Keep the parts that helped and drop the ones that did not. A routine only works if it fits the life you actually have.
