I train at 6AM.
Not because I love being up that early.
But because I love who I become when I do it anyway.
When you train first thing, no one can take it away from you.
The day might fall apart - but you already won.
You already did the hardest thing.
That momentum stays with you.
What mornings used to look like
Before this, my mornings were chaos.
Snoozed the alarm. Checked my phone.
Hit the day reactive, rushed, already behind.
Now?
Wake. Move. Train. Eat. Win.
Everything else follows.
You don’t need a 5AM club. You need discipline.
This isn’t about joining the 5AM club.
It’s about choosing to own the start of your day.
It’s about getting up with purpose.
Early enough to train. To move. To take control before the world starts pulling at you.
What to do today:
✅ Set your alarm. No snoozing.
✅ Get up and get moving. Even a 10-min walk.
✅ Avoid your phone for the first 30 minutes.
