This brand didn’t start as a business idea. It grew out of training sessions that happened before work, after long days and in all the messy spaces life sits in. The gym became a place to breathe, to reset and to build something stronger than motivation. And that mindset needed a uniform that carried the same weight.
As training became part of life rather than something squeezed in, the mindset shifted too.
We couldn’t find gear that matched the mindset we were trying to build, so we created GYMHOOD® to fill that gap.
